This policy explains how TriQuest Business Services (“TriQuest,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information collected through triquestx.com. It covers this website only. It does not cover the separate candidate and client records we keep in the course of a search engagement.

We collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, company, inquiry type, and the position you are writing about where you provide them. Applying to a role uses this same form.
• Referral form. Your name and email address, and the name and email address of the person you are referring, plus any note you add.
• Insights signup. Your email address.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs for every request, including IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested. These are retained by the provider for operational and security purposes.

Our referral form lets one person submit another person’s name and email address. If you were referred and would rather we did not hold your details, email us at info@triquestx.com and we will delete them. We ask anyone using the form to refer only people who are content to hear from us.

We use what you send to reply to you, to evaluate a role or a candidate, and to keep in touch about opportunities where that is what you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information with a client only in the ordinary course of a search, and only where you have engaged with us about that search.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful, and it sets a cookie in order to do so. It does not load until you accept it. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing from Google is placed on the page and no cookie is set.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops the tracking and clears the cookies it set.

We run no advertising cookies, no advertising trackers, and no cross-site profiling, whichever option you choose. Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses, and advertising features are switched off.

A small number of providers process data on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Resend delivers the email generated by the forms on this site.
• Google Analytics measures page traffic, and only after you accept it.
• CATS is the applicant tracking system our open roles are published from. The job listings you see are read from it; nothing you enter on this site is written to it automatically.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and candidate information for as long as it is relevant to current or future searches. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@triquestx.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; tell us and we will honor them.

This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
